Chef Marc Orfaly launches a new spring dinner menu Thursday April 26th.
Here are a few of the new dishes he'll be featuring:
Chilled Seafood Salad - poached octopus, calamari, mussels, shrimp tossed in a house vinaigrette
Crab Salad - avocado, hearts of palm, cucumber, chive, lemon
Salmon Crudo Tacos
Rice Crusted Tuna
Long Island Duck Breast with crab fried rice, kumquat marmalade
Grilled Swordfish Steak with blue cheese and tomato salad
